Derek Chisora vs Deontay Wilder LIVE: Fight updates, start time and results
Derek Chisora and Deontay Wilder collide in what could be a brutal heavyweight showdown in the capital tonight.
It is fight no50 for both men as they approach the end of long careers that have delivered some unforgettable nights in boxing.
For Chisora, who counts a trilogy with Tyson Fury and two wars with Dillian Whyte among his past battles, he has already insisted tonight will be his last dance. But one more victory could have him reconsidering those plans after the final bell.
For Wilder, defeat is not an option. Damaging losses to Joseph Parker and Zhilei Zhang have already pushed him out of the world title picture, and another to ‘Del Boy’ could signal the end of the road for ‘The Bronze Bomber’.
Metro’s LIVE blog will bring you all the undercard action, fight analysis and minute-by-minute coverage of the main event in London tonight.

Viddal Riley vs Mateusz Masternak
The European cruiserweight title is up for grabs with the bout also serving as an IBF title eliminator.
Chisora ‘huge gamble’ for Wilder
Metro caught up with former cruiserweight world champion Johnny Nelson ahead of fight night.
Fights with Derek are wars,’ Nelson told Metro. ‘It is a gamble for Deontay, I think it is for both fighters.
‘When Derek was talking about fighting Deontay two or three years ago, I warned Deontay was still too dangerous.
‘But he has turned very old and vulnerable almost overnight. So Derrek is capable of beating him now, definitely.
‘But here we have two fighters who need to pack it in. I think Derek will do it after this fight. The loser should retire and the winner, it is one last big pay day ahead for the winner.’
What’s next?
Viddal Riley faces a tough test up against the stubborn Mateusz Masternak for the European cruiserweight title.
Bentley should be full WBO champion
Bentley’s first order of business – ‘drop the interim, I am the world champion.’
He’s got a very solid point – full champion Janibek Alimkhanuly is serving a one-year doping ban.

Bentley vs Saavedra
End of the sixth round and it’s been another good round for Bentley, putting accurate, sharp shots together at will. Saavedra is taking them well but there are a few deep breaths in the corner being taken right now.

Wilder blanks Joshua backstage
We’ve just seen footage of Deontay Wilder arriving at the O2, striding down the corridor backstage with Anthony Joshua among those watching on. A quick stop and and a chat? A handshake? A glance, even? Nope, none of that.
Bentley vs Saavedra
Two rounds and it is tight. It was a smooth opener from Bentley who showed no sings of ring rust but it is better from Saavedra in the second, forcing the Londoner back with a vicious flurry just before the bell.

Here we go – we’ve got a fight of the night candidate here.
Denzel Bentley vs Endry Saavedra
The interim WBO middleweight stap is on the line here.
Anthony Joshua in the house
The two-time heavyweight champion has just arrived at the O2 alongside Eddie Hearn.
For years, Joshua vs Deontay Wilder was heavyweight boxing’s golden ticket. It looked closer than ever in 2023 when the two shared the same card in Saudi Arabia with Joshua taking care of his side of the deal against Otto Wallin. Wilder was stunned by Joseph Parker that evening however, dashing plans once again.
Might a win for Wilder tonight give us hope again?
Denzel Bentley up next
Former British middleweight champion Denzel Bentley will be joining us shortly.
What next for Chisora if he wins tonight?
Retirement, if he sticks to his word. ‘Del Boy’ has promised to call it a day after fight no50 tonight and in the minds of many who have watched him go to war over the years, it is the best thing for him.
But… a win tonight would elevate him into the world title conversation at 42 years old. Might he be tempted to continue?
