Tiger Woods involved in rollover car crash in Florida
Tiger Woods has been involved in a rollover car crash in Florida on Friday.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said the crash occurred near 281 Beach Road on Jupiter Island just after 2pm local time.
According to KATU, two vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person is apparently stable, while another refused to go to hospital.
Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) has said that no one suffered injuries.
Pictures from the scene show a black Range Rover SUV on its side.
Woods was involved in a similar crash in California in 2021, in which shattered his right leg after he was trapped under the vehicle. He needed multiple surgeries to recover from his injuries.
Earlier this week, Woods played competitive golf for the first time in more than a year at the final night of the TGL season on Tuesday.
Woods has been sidelined since his back operation in October and his last competitive appearance came at TGL in February 2025.
The 50-year-old’s last appearance on the PGA Tour was 20 months ago.
Speaking this week, United States President Donald Trump claimed that Woods will not be competing at the upcoming Masters, which begins on April 9.
‘I love Tiger, but he won’t be there,’ Trump told The Five. ‘He’ll be there, but he won’t be playing in it.’
Woods is currently dating Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Trump’s oldest son, Donald Jr.
