Liverpool want £50m Arsenal target to replace Mohamed Salah | Football
Liverpool have made Bayern Munich midfielder Michael Olise their top target to replace Mohamed Salah, according to reports in France.
Salah has decided to end his nine-year stint with Liverpool and will leave Anfield on a free transfer this summer.
Liverpool are now in the market to sign a replacement for their third-highest all-time top goalscorer and according to RMC Sport, Olise is at the top of their shortlist.
The report adds that Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have all made Olise a priority target ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, Bayern are understood to have no intention of selling Olise this summer and remain in a strong negotiating position as the midfielder still has three years remaining on his contract.
Olise joined Bayern in a £50 million deal from Crystal Palace in 2024 and has established himself as a key figure in Vincent Kompany’s side.
