\t<\/div>Pep Guardiola insisted Manchester City will \u2018do their job\u2019 for the rest of the Premier League title race as they put pressure on Arsenal with a 3-0 win over Brentford.<\/p>\n
Having slipped up on Monday against Everton, Guardiola\u2019s side got back to winning ways with a hard-fought home win over Brentfrod on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Jeremy Doku continued his fine form with a superb strike top open the scoring before Erling Haaland and Omar Marmoush made sure of the result.<\/p>\n
City now sit just two points behind Arsenal in the Premier League table, although the Gunners can re-establish a five-point lead with victory over West Ham on Sunday.<\/p>\n
But Guardiola warned Arsenal that they should expect no more slip-ups from his side in the final weeks of the season as they look to complete a famous domestic treble.<\/p>\n
\u2018Before Everton it was in our hands but now it is not, but what we have to do is our job,\u2019 he told Sky Sports post-match.<\/p>\n
\u2018We didn\u2019t do it perfectly with Everton it was tough. But today we came back and on Wednesday [we play] Crystal Palace, which is always difficult because they have extraordinary players and managers. But we will do our job and wait.\u2019<\/p>\n Asked if his side still have the spirit to prolong the title race, he added: \u2018Everton was the real proof, 3-1 down and emotions. He said, \u2018I\u2019m Jeremy Doku and I\u2019m going to win games\u2019.
