\t<\/div>Kobbie Mainoo has travelled with Manchester United\u2019s squad for their Premier League match against Chelsea but Leny Yoro is set to miss the game through injury.<\/p>\n
Mainoo missed United\u2019s 2-1 defeat at home to Leeds United on Monday night, with Michael Carrick claiming the midfielder\u2019s absence was due to a \u2018small issue\u2019.<\/p>\n
The 20-year-old is in contention to return against Chelsea on Saturday evening as he was with United\u2019s squad as they travelled to London on Friday.<\/p>\n
\u2018Kobbie, [is doing] little bits yeah, we\u2019re working towards it,\u2019 Carrick said at his press conference on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n
\u2018He\u2019s done little bits, so there\u2019s a decision to be made there.\u2019<\/p>\n However, Carrick faces a selection headache in defence as Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez are both suspended, while Matthijs de Ligt and Patrick Dorgu are still out.<\/p>\n Yoro started alongside Martinez in the defeat to Leeds earlier this week but the French centre-back did not travel with United\u2019s squad on Friday.<\/p>\n Ayden Heaven, who has made just four substitute appearances under Carrick, is in line to start for United for the first time since January 7.<\/p>\n \u2018I think Ayden\u2019s in a good place,\u2019 Carrick said on Friday.<\/p>\n \u2018Well, I know he\u2019s in a good place. He\u2019s obviously still young and he\u2019s progressing through the early stages of his career, so I think it\u2019s pretty natural for him to play some games and maybe not some others.<\/p>\n Goalkeepers:\u00a0<\/strong>Lammens, Bayindir, Heaton, Mee<\/p>\n Defenders:\u00a0<\/strong>Shaw, Dalot, Heaven, Mazraoui, Malacia<\/p>\n Midfielders:\u00a0<\/strong>Fernandes, Casemiro, Mainoo, Mount, Ugarte, T. Fletcher<\/p>\n Attackers:\u00a0<\/strong>Sesko, Cunha, Mbeumo, Amad, Zirkzee, Lacey<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \u2018He\u2019s training really well, he\u2019s learning, he\u2019s listening, he wants to improve. So, I think it\u2019s pretty natural, for a centre-half of his age, he\u2019s probably well ahead of schedule in terms of the games that he\u2019s played.<\/p>\n \u2018He\u2019s trained well, I\u2019ve got no worries.
