Alejandro Garnacho had admitted he maybe did some \u2018bad things\u2019 that contributed to his acrimonious Manchester United exit last summer.<\/p>\n

Garnacho, once regarded as a future star at Old Trafford, left the club last year to join Chelsea in a \u00a340million deal.<\/p>\n

It came just a year on after scoring in the FA Cup final against Manchester City alongside Kobbie Mainoo with his prospects at the club transforming over the next 12 months.<\/p>\n

Garnacho fell out of favour under Ruben Amorim following his arrival in Manchester as Erik ten Hag\u2019s replacement in November 2024, dropped for a crucial derby match with Marcus Rashford.<\/p>\n

While Rashford would leave on loan that winter, Garnacho forced his way back into the side despite not being a natural fit for Amorim\u2019s 3-4-3 formation.<\/p>\n

But the Argentine was dropped again for the Europa League final against Tottenham in favour of Mason Mount, blasting his manager over that decision in an explosive post-match interview.<\/p>\n

Garnacho\u2019s attitude was questioned at United with his social media activity, and that of his brother, frequently landing the player in trouble with a move last summer benefitting all parties.<\/p>\n

Aas he approaches the end of his first season away from Manchester, the 21-year-old has suggested mistakes may have been made.<\/p>\n

\u2018I remember in the last six months I was just not playing like before at Manchester United,\u2019 Garnacho told Premier League Productions.<\/p>\n

\u2018I started to be on the bench, it\u2019s not a bad thing, I was only 20 years old, but in my mind it was like I had to play every game.<\/p>\n

\u2018In my mind, maybe it is also on me, I started to do some bad things.<\/p>\n

\u2018But yes, it was just this moment in life and sometimes you have to make decisions and I am really proud to\u00a0be here and still in the Premier League at a club like this.<\/p>\n

\u2018Everyone knows the team we have and the things we can do. Sometimes, we have better moments or worse moments, I am proud to be here but with United, I have nothing wrong to say about the club, no one in the club or the team-mates.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s just a moment in life that changes and life continues. I have no regrets.\u2019<\/p>\n
