Moises Caicedo believes Chelsea already have \u2018one of the best players in the world\u2019 in \u2018underrated\u2019 striker Joao Pedro.<\/p>\n

Brazil international Pedro has enjoyed an impressive first season at Stamford Bridge, scoring 18 goals in 41 appearances.<\/p>\n

Chelsea signed the 24-year-old last summer in a \u00a360m deal from Brighton and have been pleased with his development.<\/p>\n

Pedro was expected to battle with Liam Delap for a place in the Chelsea team but quickly established himself as the first-choice striker at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Caicedo is rightly regarded as one of the best midfielders on the planet but the Ecuador international insists he is by no means the only world-class star in west London.<\/p>\n

Chelsea\u2019s former record signing claims Pedro is not only one of the best players in the Premier League but in the world and says he has \u2018everything\u2019.<\/p>\n

Asked to name his \u2018most underrated\u2019 teammate at Stamford Bridge, Caicedo told Sky Sports: \u2018Joao Pedro. People don\u2019t know how good he is.<\/p>\n

\u2018For me he\u2019s one of the best players, not just in the Premier League but in the world. His movement, the way he plays, how he scores goals \u2013 for me, as a striker he has everything.\u2019<\/p>\n

Caicedo also heaped praise on another Chelsea star, Andrey Santos, claiming the Brazilian is often one of the best players in training.<\/p>\n

Santos has made 35 appearances for Chelsea this season and featured heavily since his former Strasbourg manager Liam Rosenior took over in January.<\/p>\n

\u2018There are a lot but Andrey Santos,\u2019 Caicedo said when asked which player often impresses in training.<\/p>\n

\u2018He\u2019s so good every day in training and now he\u2019s doing really well in games too so I\u2019m so happy for him.\u2019<\/p>\n

Chelsea, who lost to Newcastle United last time out, will try to overturn a three-goal deficit when PSG visit Stamford Bridge for the second leg of their last-16 tie on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

\u2018I think this week was difficult for us,\u2019 Pedro said ahead of the visit of Champions League holders PSG.<\/p>\n

\u2018We know our strengths, we still believe because we showed in the Club World Cup when we won 3-0. The group believe, the manager believes, the fans should believe as well.\u2019<\/p>\n

Chelsea boss Rosenior added: \u2018If you look at the game in isolation and the scoreline, we were punished by very good players for our own mistakes.<\/p>\n

\u2018We have been undone in games by those moments. We can\u2019t make mistakes tomorrow.<\/p>\n

\u2018We have to remember PSG are European champions for a reason but we know we can compete.\u2019<\/p>\n
