Wayne Rooney believes Tottenham will be relegated regardless of whether they sack Igor Tudor (Stick To Football)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Wayne Rooney believes Tottenham will be relegated from the Premier League this season and has urged Robbie Keane not to take the job at Spurs.<\/p>\n

Igor Tudor suffered his fourth defeat in charge of Spurs this week as his side were beaten 5-2 by Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.<\/p>\n

Spurs now turn their attention to the Premier League where they sit just a point above the relegation zone and play Liverpool at Anfield this Sunday.<\/p>\n

Tudor\u2019s position as interim manager is already under scrutiny but Rooney believes Spurs will be relegated from the Premier League this season, regardless of whether they sack the Croatian.<\/p>\n

\u2018The players need to look at themselves because I think they\u2019ve been an absolute disgrace,\u2019 Rooney said on Stick to Football.<\/p>\n

\u2018The performances, the attitude, the lack of desire, the lack of fight and there\u2019s a lack of everything in them.<\/p>\n

\u2018Last week I didn\u2019t but after seeing what\u2019s happened in the last couple of games I think they will go down.\u2019<\/p>\n

Gary Neville added: \u2018I don\u2019t think they will go down. I think if you\u2019re going to make another change that, for me, probably needs to be today or tomorrow because you don\u2019t wait.<\/p>\n

\u2018My view is they will make a change and stay up just. That\u2019s what I think will happen.\u2019<\/p>\n

Rooney replied: \u2018I think they\u2019ll go down.<\/p>\n

\u2018That\u2019s what I\u2019m saying, if I\u2019m Robbie Keane I wouldn\u2019t leave a job to go into Tottenham now.<\/p>\n

\u2018If it was Sherwood or whoever who is out of a job I\u2019d go in, but if I\u2019m Robbie Keane there\u2019s no way I\u2019d leave a job to go into Tottenham.\u2019<\/p>\n

Neville then said: \u2018I don\u2019t think that group of players will buy into the idea of bringing someone in who\u2019s not been a coach for a long time just because they used to play for the club. They\u2019ll just see right through that. It\u2019ll have to be someone who\u2019s been coaching recently.<\/p>\n

\u2018Sean Dyche would take that job now, 100 per cent. To be in the game and have a chance to manage a top-six team, I know they\u2019re not at the moment, I know it\u2019s ridiculous saying that, but they are a massive club.<\/p>\n

\u2018Tudor\u2019s tried to go in a bit harder, be a bit more regimented and disciplined. It\u2019s not working, they\u2019re 100 per cent rejecting him. They will need someone to go in who\u2019s got more of a man-management ability.\u2019<\/p>\n
