First, you must enroll in a guided tour that will lead you through some metal rungs and cables for around 30 minutes until, with a few butterflies in your stomach, you take the plunge and are lowered down into the lounging area via a supervised rappel. The organization will offer you with all of the appropriate equipment, including harnesses, helmets, ropes, and, of course, a safety coach who will accompany you throughout your descent.
