Peter Crouch said he would \u2018pay to watch\u2019 two Chelsea players after their emphatic Premier League victory over Aston Villa.<\/p>\n

Liam Rosenior\u2019s side ended a run of three league games without a win by thrashing top-four rivals Villa 4-1 on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

Chelsea trailed to Douglas Luiz\u2019s early opener but turned the game around through Joao Pedro\u2019s superb hat-trick and a goal from Cole Palmer.<\/p>\n

The emphatic win saw Chelsea close the gap to top-four rivals Aston Villa and Manchester United to just three points with nine games remaining.<\/p>\n

Crouch was impressed by Chelsea\u2019s performance at Villa Park and reserved special praise for Pedro and Palmer, insisting they were both players he would \u2018pay to watch\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018I would pay money to watch them, Joao\u00a0Pedro\u00a0and Cole Palmer,\u2019 Crouch said on TNT Sports before asking Rosenior about the potential of \u00a360m Chelsea signing Pedro.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s scary, scary,\u2019 Rosenior said of Pedro, who has now scored 14 goals and made five assists in the Premier League this season. \u2018With the age they are\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0a joy to work with them every day.<\/p>\n

\u2018His mentality as well,\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0a warrior.\u00a0He\u2019s\u00a0a fantastic footballer but\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0strong and physical as well.<\/p>\n

\u2018We know\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0an\u00a0outstanding\u00a0player and for me\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0got even more to go which is even better for us.\u2019<\/p>\n

Rosenior was also impressed by \u2018outstanding\u2019 Alejandro Garnacho, who justified his start with a bright display and an assist for Pedro\u2019s third goal.<\/p>\n

\u2018He was outstanding, outstanding\u2019 Rosenior said of the former Manchester United winger.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019ve\u00a0had a lot of conversations with\u00a0him\u00a0and I told him just in there [in the dressing room] that I knew he would play well tonight because of the way he\u2019s trained the last two weeks.<\/p>\n

\u2018He\u2019s\u00a0been\u00a0disappointed\u00a0not to play and he should be, but\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0been\u00a0really positive\u00a0in training and put it into practice today.\u2019<\/p>\n

Pedro, meanwhile, was beaming after registering his first Chelsea hat-trick and praised his teammates\u2019 response to Sunday\u2019s defeat to Arsenal.<\/p>\n

\u2018I think it is a special night for me,\u2019 Pedro said. \u2018I was waiting for this time.<\/p>\n

\u2018My hat-trick came at the right moment, after we lost against Arsenal, I think we showed a good reaction and how much we want to achieve.<\/p>\n

\u2018I work a lot to be ready for this moment and I have great players around me so I try to always be in the right place and today I could score three goals.<\/p>\n

\u2018Everyone wants to win every game. The last game against Arsenal we couldn\u2019t win. Today we showed how much we were frustrated from the last game and got an important three points away.<\/p>\n

\u2018In the whole season we try to be consistent but have dropped too many points at home but now we need to look forward and do our best every game.\u2019<\/p>\n

Chelsea face Wrexham in the FA Cup this weekend before a huge Champions League knockout game against holders PSG.<\/p>\n
