Elliot Anderson has been heavily linked with a big move away from Nottingham Forest this summer, but is not being drawn on his future.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old has been a huge hit at the City Ground since his 2024 move from Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n

The midfielder has been a fixture in the starting XI, making 42 appearances in all competitions last season and has already racked up 33 appearances this campaign.<\/p>\n

His form for the Tricky Trees has seen him called up to the England squad and has now made six appearances for the Three Lions.<\/p>\n

Thomas Tuchel has been thoroughly impressed and there appears to be every chance he will go to the World Cup as a starting midfielder alongside Declan Rice.<\/p>\n

Unsurprisingly bigger clubs than Nottingham Forest have sat up and taken note, with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City all linked with summer moves for his signature.<\/p>\n

Anderson is under contract with Forest until 2029, so the club is not under immediate pressure to sell him and he says he is not thinking about a move at this point.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m just focusing on my football at the moment and performing and trying to give everything for Nottingham Forest,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u2018That\u2019s all that\u2019s on my mind. It\u2019s been a big two years. I think I\u2019ve done pretty well, to be honest, in the time I\u2019ve been here. <\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019ve matured on and off the pitch. It\u2019s thanks to the club for giving me that platform to go out there and play and let me do my stuff.\u2019<\/p>\n

Much will depend on whether Forest survive in the Premier League, with Vitor Pereira\u2019s side in the heat of a relegation battle.<\/p>\n

Forest are just one place and two points above West Ham in 18th, with their last minute defeat to Liverpool at the weekend a painful blow.<\/p>\n

Pereira is not thinking about any future transfer business at this stage, praising both Anderson and Morgan Gibbs-White, who have both been linked with summer exits.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m not hearing this,\u2019 Pereira said of possible moves. \u2018Every day is work. I feel they are very committed to our target, which is the most important thing. He (Gibbs-White) is a top player, a captain, a top player with spirit.<\/p>\n

\u2018Elliot is the same \u2013 a top player with spirit. That\u2019s why I accepted the job, because I have very good players.<\/p>\n

\u2018We need to prove \u2013 every day with our work and on the pitch \u2013 we don\u2019t just have talent in the team but we can also create a strong team together.\u2019<\/p>\n
